Main (plated)

Lobster tails with pistachio-peach gremolata over mascarpone polenta

Veg: Toasted chickpea and pistachio-peach arugula salad over mascarpone polenta

 

Dessert (family style)

Homemade shortbread with berries,  honey ricotta and whipped cream
